Gary was recommended to us and we were really pleased with his service. He is really great at communication whether that be keeping you informed of when he’s due to arrive, or explaining a situation. He takes the time to explain the issues in a concise yet informative way without being patronising. And he had no qualms repeating himself to me and my other half when we asked numerous questions. His work is fab too. Fully explains what is happening and what needs to be done, pricing is clear and accurate. Already booked him in for the repair work and also recommended his services to others.

First Class service, I called them yesterday at 4:55 and they said they would be round today between 10am & 2pm. They arrived at 10am and had sorted my noisy toilet with a new part and were gone within half an hour. Will use again, thanks Steve and Tom.

Excellent service extremely nice friendly people from answering the phone to completing the work. Half the price of my other quote and less than half the hours I was told the job would take. I would very highly recommend this company and 100% use then again

Called Plumber today regarding thermostat control on bath. The Plumber called within 15 minutes and carried out repair and also repaired leaking shower. He was very pleasant and professional and also fee was very reasonable. Can highly recommend this Company and will definitely use them for any further plumbing needs. Excellent service. M Povey
